Blind Judge

Delivering the “judgment” of the Court of Appeal the judge concerned stated that Assemblyman Tony Pua could not succeed because, among other pretexts, the Court had “taken judicial notice” of the decision by the Attorney General to “clear” arch thief Najib.

Possibly the judge who uttered this outstanding sophistry, and who will certainly be an ex-judge after GE14, took no judicial notice of the fact that when arch pander Apandi “cleared” Najib he, Apandi, was holding up to public view documents proving Najib’s guilt.

This disgraceful incident is yet further proof that the Malaysian Bench needs a thorough clean out with lawyers burok replaced by Judges both professionally qualified and honest. There is no shortage of the latter. Merely an implacable desire of Najib and BN to have tame Courts that will do whatever they are told.
