Instead if spraying insults in all directions the “leaders” of UMNO should be thinking about whether it has a raison d’etre at all. With their ex-President on the verge of liftetime residence in jail, their present President awaiting trial and proceedings pending against other party stalwarts should it exist at all?

It claims to represent the Malays, but who voted it out of office last May? Not the Chinese Malaysians or the Indian ones but Malays themselves. Can’t they get their heads round that?

If the Party itself will not go gracefully into, well earned, obscurity then the Registrar of Societies should do it for them. There are grounds enough for de-registration.
